- Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight.
- Place your left hand on your left knee in Chin Mudra (index finger and thumb touching).

- Close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale through your left nostril for a count of four.
- Close your left nostril with your ring finger, release your right nostril, and exhale through the right nostril for a count of four.
- Inhale through the right nostril for a count of four, close the right nostril, and exhale through the left nostril for a count of four.
- This completes one round. Repeat for 5-10 rounds, focusing on your breath and the sensation of air moving through each nostril.
